Tammy Lee Anderson is a graduate of California State University, Fresno, MFT Counseling program, and a licensed MFT counselor. Tammy is a graduate of the Hoffman process and believes that a therapist can facilitate the healing of clients only to the extent that the therapist has done their own personal work, in essence, "you cannot give what you do not have." Through the counseling process Tammy facilitates the clients inner wisdom, assisting them in discovering personal empowerment through the exploration and integration of the intellect, emotions, body and spirit.

Individual Counseling: $100 per 50 min session

Group Counseling: $125.00 per month

Phone sessions:$75.00 per 50 min. session

Upon payment for your session an insurance receipt will be given for you to turn into your insurance. We do not offer insurance billing directly.

As a licensed Marriage and Family counselor Tammy believes that a therapist can facilitate the healing of clients only to the extent that the therapist has done their own personal work, in essence, "you cannot give what you do not have." Within the counseling session Tammy creates a place of safety and non-judgemnt, facilitating and drawing on the clients own inner wisdom. Assisting in discovering personal empowerment through the exploration and integration of the intellect, emotions, body and spirit. As well as holding a Master degree in Counseling, Tammy holds a Masters degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Physiology, an undergraduate degree in Theology and Philosophy and a 4th degree blackbelt in Aikido martial arts. She believes that all aspects of our humaness needs to be explored for optimum health and well being.
